  A third generation Chicagoan, Patrick has worked in client services for almost 15 years. Recent projects completed include work for A Fortune 500 Insurance Company , Hewitt , another Insurance Company and the City of Chicago Committee on Finance.

Previously, Patrick was Assistant Service Manager for a Top 100 Motorcycle Retail center in Lake County and General Manager of Redline Cycle Service in Skokie. An avid motorcyclist and world traveller, Patrick follows MotoGP, World Superbike and AMA Superbike class racing series.

Melanie Ceraso
Melanie has worked professionally as a web designer/digital artist since 1995. Her career grew from a childhood love of the arts as well as her natural creative urges. Working as a web designer is a dream that she continually builds upon. It is her passion and her life. Her experience with corporate as well as small business web development and design work covers the spectrum of web design including; creative concepting, project management, quality assurance, database-to-web applications, and client relationships.

Melanie’s work on her personal site was featured in the Typography, Navigation and Color books from the Website Graphics Series published by Rockport Publishers in December 1998. Her personal site has also won a variety of Industry Design Awards including the 1999 New Media Invision Bronze Award for Personal Site, featured as the ProjectCool Site of the Day in 1998, 1999, and 2000, featured as the Project Cool Best Personal Site of the Year in 1999 and awarded 2nd Place in the 1999 Digital Chicago Best of the Web Awards. Melanie has been certified since December 2003 in Web Standards-Based Design through the DePaul University Institute for Professional Development. Melanie currently lives in her hometown of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and telecommutes to work with Chicago Web Management.

Yelena Shapiro
Yelena is our resident Search Engine Optimization and Marketing specialist. She is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She is also a Google Adword Certified Professional and her sole focus is on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing (SEM). She has been employed by Search Engines.com as an analyst and continues to service some of their clients. Her success and expertise in this area is a critical component for our client’s success.

Mike Paradiso  
Mike is our web producer. Fluent in HTML, CSS and Javascript, Mike ensures that projects get completed quickly and accurately.

Mike has worked at major web operations like Best Seats and LiveNation, producing content for high-traffic web sites. In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing softball, football and other team sports.

Luca Matteis
Luca handles the database work and interactive components of Content Management Systems. He makes sure that authentication processes work properly while creating new and innovative ways to make the user's experience as painless as possible.

Luca moved here from Rome, Italy, where he was raised and is excited by working with Chicago Web Management clients, both present and future. In his spare time, he enjoys working on Open Source projects, developing useful applications and sharing them with the world.

Brent Billock  
Brent is the flash guru for Chicago Web Management and has been developing web sites since 1997. His previous stints included time at Hal Riney Advertising (Top-50 firm in USA) and Ala Carte Entertainment (Chicago's largest nightclub/restaurant company, owners of Excalibur, Magnum's and 16 other restaurants and nightclubs). Brent has a business degree from Adrian college and is originally from Detroit.

In addition, Brent has created compelling web content, CD-ROMs, and DVD-ROMs for a variety of clients including Kraft Foods, Kellogg's Crescent Cardboard, Cartoon Network, AOL, Allegra, Dodge and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
